Installation of Polygomma EPDM waterproofing Membrane fully bonded going on sloping roof of 11 villas at Lonavala Hill station -High rain/wind zone .
No accessories like splice tape, primer,sealant,fasteners,
flashings were used. Only Membrane and adhesive are being used.
Polygomma EPDM membrane has been installed at the L &T Powai -Mumbai workshop with an Aluminium paint since over 10 years.It is probably now due for re-painting. The waterproofing system consists of only EPDM membrane and the adhesive. No other accessories like primer,tape,sealent,fastners, batten strips, flashings etc of any kind have been used. System is performing and will perform as expacted.
